How to downgrade or cancel professional account


 




  • There are several ways to downgrade your account:


    • 1. Use the secure app sidebar
    • 2. Use the secure app account dialog
    • 3. Use the in-app feedback button to contact support (requires account verification)
    • 4. Use the website contact form to contact support (requires account verification)
    • 5. Send an email to support (at) adveronix.com from your account email (requires account verification)



    The following describes how to initiate the request from the app sidebar:


    Launch the app and navigate to the account panel






  • Find the line with the renewal information, and click on the renewal date button






    If the renewal line doesn't appear in the app for your account, please contact us to re-synchronize your account.



  • Important: Due to the critical importance of BI reports which may impact important business decisions resulting in business continuity, please review all your existing BI reports, linked queries and dashboards prior to confirmation.
